Stay at the Workshop Venue!
The workshop organisation has negotiated special rates with the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk, the hotel in which the event will take place.
The exclusive price amounts to $230 excl. tax per night (tax is 17.4%) for a traditional room (king bed or double bed). The rooms may be booked at this special rate for any stay between November 3 and November 12, 2024.
Hotel Discount on Registration
Participants who book a room at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk by October 17 using our reservation link are eligible for a $100 discount. To obtain this discount, you must provide your hotel reservation confirmation code (“online confirmation”) during registration. This code will be received upon completion of your hotel booking.
We will verify all hotel reservations. If you misuse someone else’s confirmation code, you will be charged an additional $100. Registrations made via any other website or reservation link will not qualify for this discount. This discount does not apply to complimentary registrations.

If you cannot find an available room for your travel dates on the link, don’t hesitate to contact us to check if some availabilities can be added (for example earlier or later departure date).

The negociated rate will be applied on rooms booked by participants according to hotel availability for any stay between November 3 and November 12, 2024. If the reservation is unavailable, it means that all rooms have been booked. We encourage the participants to book early as the rates might be high for last minute bookings.
